The
organisers of Motorcycle World are delighted to announce that the
legendary World Stunt Champion, Jean-Pierre Goy, will be joining
this year's show.
Jean-Pierre
is well known for his spectacular stunts, particularly in the
James Bond films.
In
the 1981 film ‘For Your Eyes Only' he rode a Yamaha motorcycle
at high speed down a sheet-ice bobsled run and in ‘Tomorrow
Never Dies' (1997), executed the film's most aggressive stunt
when his BMW R1200 motorcycle jumped from one rooftop to another
over the whirling blades of a helicopter.
Jean-Pierre
will be reprising some of his daring stunts in the Arena during
both days of the show.
He
will also be available for autographs and pictures andhave
memorabilia for sale.
Stunting
of a different kind will be supplied by show favourite Terry
Grant attempting to beat his ‘Spin the Wheel' record.
