These regulations were adopted by the Fawley Parish Council under the provisions of Section 151 of the Local Government Act 1972 on the 13 th day of December 1999 (amended 21 October 2002) and are referred to in paragraph 43 of the Council’s Standing Orders as “Appendix B”. Standing Orders Section.
