I have a serious complaint concerning the amount of litter in the parish. 

I appreciate that nfdc collect litter from the 'main roads' in and around parish, [what I term as cosmetic litter picking], but why do they miss all the side roads? 

I live on an estate in Holbury and the litter problem is horrendous. 

The roads and alleyways are never cleared of rubbish - does this mean that the residents have to do this themselves? 

I think not!!  Come on nfdc, get your act together and give us something for the horrendous tax we have to pay!
