to fitness. If you are thinking of getting fit this

Our instructors are highly qualified

show how fitness can be fun. They will be only too

fitness and offer all the help and support you need
to make sure your fitness plans are successful.

CLASSES
We have a wide variety of classes suitable for all
levels of ability. From line dancing to Yoga. Just
take a look at our programme overleaf. We are sure
that we can offer you something that you would enjoy
at a time to suit you.
We have modern equipment and a state of the art sound
system to motivate your every move.
YOGA
A one hour session of yoga exercises combining relaxation
with positions that will improve your muscle tone
and flexibility.

Aerobics

STREET DANCE
Try the latest fitness craze! Move to the groove
and get fit while you do it!
Mondays: 8.30
to 9.30
LINE DANCING
A very lively afternoon class where June and Colin
will put you through your paces with such dances
as ‘Hey Baby’ and ‘Havana Hips’ .
Suitable for beginners and experienced participants.
Price includes a drink and biscuits!
Tuesdays: 2.00 to 4.00
ADULT
DISCO-FIT
Learn a little Disco, try a bit of street and brush
up on those ‘cheesy’ party dances and
get fit while you do it. Tuesdays:
7.00 to 8.00
LEGS,
BUMS 'n' TUMS
This class will concentrate on working those areas
that we all want to tone and make smaller!!
Legs, Bums ‘n Tums!! All the muscles hiding
beneath the problem areas will be specifically worked,
using steps, bands, weights and floor work. Advice
on posture (which will give immediate results) and
ways of working muscles throughout the day will all
help to make you feel fitter, stronger and happier
with your shape.
Wednesdays: 7.15 to
8.15
FIT BALL
Improve your strength, balance and core stability
as well as enjoying one of the most rewarding and
fun classes around.
Suitable for all levels of ability.
Fit Balls supplied, or bring your own for a
discount!
Thursdays: 7.00 to
8.00
NIFTY FIFTIES
You don’t have to be Nifty and Fifty to come
along to this class! Suitable for all levels of ability,
it is a class comprising of a warm up, 30 minutes
calorie burning, raising the heart rate and then
30 minutes of toning work, concentrating especially
on the abdominals and thighs. Feel yourself become
fitter and more toned in just a few weeks.
Fridays: 9.30 to 10.30
